Content and Communications

You are encouraged to exercise common sense and good judgment when interacting with others. Never share sensitive personal information (financial details, home address, etc.) with strangers.

The ChatSuper platform, including its design, logos, graphics, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

CHATSUPER IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT IT WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHATSUPER AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChatSuper and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any rights of another person or entity.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using ChatSuper.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ChatSuper operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
